Static web pages may have been not only simple plain text but also multimedia design and even videos. But, every person visits to this page will be got exact same text,


multimedia design or video every time he visits until the owner of that page changes the page's source code. As well as these pages cannot have database access. Doesn't require server side coding.

These web pages have capabilities to produce different content for different visitors from the same source code. The content which is displayed is based on what operating system or browser the visitor is using, whether the visitor is using a PC or a mobile. As well as these pages can be connected to a database. Requires server side coding.
